Sure Direct has a set procedure for complaints and the following information will help you submit your Claim.
- Claims are to be submitted to our Customer Services Department via a link on our Website.
- Click on to the Sure Direct Claim Form link below.
- You must then fill in and attach ALL information required in the RED FIELDS. Any forms submitted without relevant supporting documents and correctly filled in WILL NOT be processed.
- To submit your completed request click on Submit.
- On submission of a fully completed Form, a response will be despatched within 10-14 days with relevant documents from our claims department
Submitted claim requests are dealt with via email only, there is no telephone access to the Claims Department at application stage.
